Decadent Walnut Brownies with Chocolate Ice Frosting


                        Prep time: 15 minutes
                        Cook time: 25 minutes
Best served warm!
Ingredients:
For the Brownie: 
* 1/2 cup of Butter
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp Vanilla extract 
* 1 cup white sugar 
* 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1/2 cup all purpose flour
* 1/4 tsp Salt
* 1/4tsp Baking powder
* 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

For the Chocolate Ice Frosting:
* 3tbsp softened butter
* 3tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 
* 1 tsp Vanilla extract 
* 1tbsp Honey
* 1 cup Confectioners sugar 
* 1/4cup chopped walnuts



Putting it together:
1. Heat oven to 350degrees. Grease and flour an 8-inch square baking dish. 
2. In a medium size pan melt the 1/2 cup of butter. Once melted, remove the pan from the heat, stirring in sugar, eggs and vanilla. 
3. Beat in the cocoa, all purpose flour, salt and baking powder into the butter-sugar mixture in the pan. Add in the chopped walnuts last, mixing well to combine. 
4. Once well mixed, spread the batter into the 8-inch baking dish. 
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, taking care not to overcook. 
6. To make the frosting combine the softened butter, cocoa, honey, vanilla extract, and confectioners sugar in a bowl; stir/ mix until completely smooth (about 5-8 minutes of mixing well). 
7. Frost brownies while they are still warm. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over frosting. 
8. Best served warm. Enjoy!
