Overnight Pecan Pie French Toast


Prep time: 20 minutes
Resting Time: Overnight 
Baking time: 35 minutes


Ingredients:
* 3/4cup Milk
* 3/4cup Whipping Cream 
* 6 Eggs + 3 Egg Yolks
* 2tbsp Vanilla Extract 
* 8 Slices Brioche Bread 
* 6tbsp Unsalted Butter 
* 1cup Light Brown Sugar 
* 1/3cup Corn Syrup 
* 1/4cup Maple Syrup 
* 1cup Pecans Chopped 



Directions:
1. Combine the milk, cream, eggs, egg yolks and vanilla in a bowl. Whisk well, until combined. 

2. Place the slices of Brioche bread in a shallow dish. Pour the milk/egg mixture over the bread. Leaving it to soak, cover with saran wrap. Place in the refrigerator overnight. 

3. When ready to bake the next day, pre-heat oven to 350degrees. 

4. Melt butter in a small pan. Once butter is melted, remove pan from the heat, and whisk in the brown sugar, corn syrup, and maple syrup. Fold in the chopped Pecans. 

5. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom of baking dish. Carefully arrange the brioche bread over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and then serve warm.
