Chocolate Cheesecake (Baked Version)
Cook Time: 1.5hrs, Resting Time 8hrs - Overnight
Ingredients
For the Crust:
* 3Cups Oreo Cookie Crumbs
* 5tbsp Unsalted Butter, Melted

For the Filling:
*24oz Creamcheese, at room temperature
*3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
*3tbsp Flour (All purpose)
*2 Cups Nutella Chocolate
*1tbsp Vanilla Extract
*4 Eggs at room temperature
For the Topping:
* Whipped topping
* Nuts and Chocolates
* Chocolate Ganache
Directions
1. Line a 9ich Springform pan with parchment paper, and grease bottom and sides.
2. Pre-heat oven to 325F.
3. Mix the Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, until full mixed and coated. Press the crumbs to the bottom of the springform pan, using a ladel to press the crumbs down evenly. Bake at 325F for 10 minutes; once done, leave to cool while you make the chocolate cheesecake mixture.
4. Using an electric mixer, beat the creamcheese, sugar and flour until soft and well mixed. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula and ensure all ingredients are combined and smooth.
5. Next add the vanilla and nutella chocolate and mix well on medium speed. Then add in the eggs one at a time, mixing inbetween all additions, until smooth and mixed.
6. Cover the sides of the springform pan with two layers of aluminum foil, ensuring the bottom of teh pan is sealed well, for the water bath the cheesecake will bake in.
7. Pre-heat oven to 300F. Boil water for the water bath.
8. Pour the prepared batter into the springform pan, gently tapping the sides to release any air bubbles. Place pan in a 1-2 inch deep tray. Place tray in the oven. Pour the hot water around the springform pan, taking care not to let the tray over flow, and not to let the water reach the top of the spring form pan.
9. Bake at 300F, for 1.5 hours. Once done, turn off oven and leave cheesecake in for an additional 20 minutes. Then open the oven door a crack, and let cheesecake cool within the oven, for and additional 30 minutes.
10. Remove cheesecake from oven and leave on a wire rack to cool completely; place in referigerator overnight once the cheesecake has cooled completely.
11. To serve, you can add on whipped cream, and chcolates to garnish or serve as is.
