Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients:
* 2 + 1/2 Cups of Whole Milk
* 1 Cup Whipping Cream
* 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
* 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Directions:

1. Stir the Milk, Cream and Sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stiring until the sugar disolves. Do not bring to boil.

2. Transfer the Mixture to a pourable measuring container. Add in Vanilla, and stir well. Leave to cool.

3. Pour the cooled (preferably cooled in refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours), into the Ice Cream maker container, and churn according to machine instructions. Note: my machine takes approcimately 25-28 minutes to churn the mixture into Ice Cream, however other machines may requitre a little lesser or more time.

4. I suggest serving immidiately; however if you wanted to make it ahead of time, place the churned ice cream in saran wrap, and place in freezer to keep.

5. Serve with your options of a chocolate topping, sprinkles, or nuts.
