Homemade Chocolates

 



Ingredients:
* 1cup Semi sweet Chocolate chips
* 1/2cup Milk Chocolate chips
* 1tsp Vanilla extract
* 2 + 1/4tbsp Coconut oil (dehydrated)
* Nuts of your choice for inside the chocolate 
This receipe uses whole hazelnuts and chopped up walnuts (two types of chocolates)

Directions:
1. Prepare two chocolate molds of your choice. 

2. Place the semi sweet chocolate chips, the milk chocolate chips, and the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 20 second intervals 4-6 times as needed. Once melted, mix well with a fork, and add in the vanilla, mixing well. 

3. Place both chocolate molds on a baking tray (you will place tray in the refrigerator overnight). 

4. Place a half teaspoon of the chocolate at the bottom of each mold, and then place a hazelnut in each mold. Fill in the mold with more chocolate until it is covered to the top. 
Option: You can mix the chopped walnuts into the chocolate and fill the molds once the chocolate and nuts are mixed. 

5. Place the tray in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight. 

6. Once ready, un-mold and enjoy!
