Tripple Berry Smoothie & Peach and Banana Smoothie


Ingredients: 
For the Tripple-Berry Smoothie:
* 1cup of Frozen or Fresh Mixed Berries 
* 1/2cup Orange Juice, freshly squuezed 
* 1/2 Banana cut into slices or smaller chuncks 
* 4tbsps Vanilla Yogurt 
Note: if using fresh berries, add in a few crushed ice cubes (2 cubes)




For the Banana Peach Smoothie:
* 1cup of Frozen Peaches and Mango chunks
* 1 Banana cut into small chunks
* 1/2cup Orange Juice, freshly squeezed 
* 4-6tbsp Yogurt Greek 
Note: If using fresh fruit, add in a few crushed ice cubes


Directions:
1. Using a Blender, Magic Bullet or Smoothie Maker, add all of the ingredients and blend. 

2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
