Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse Cups



Ingredients:
For the Chocolate Mousse:
* 3/4cup Nutella Hazelnut Spread
* 1/4cup Milk
* 2 + 1/2cups Whipping Cream 
* 1tbsp Cornstarch 
* 3tbsp Confectioners Sugar 
* 1/2cup Chopped Roasted Hazelnuts 

For the Topping:
* Chopped Roasted Hazelnuts 
* 1/2cup Whipping Cream 
* 3tbsp Confectioners Sugar
* 1/2tsp Vanilla Extract 



Directions:
1. Combine the hazelnut spread and milk in a microwave safe bowl, and heat for 20-25 seconds. It should not be steaming (just warmed), and mixed well. Set aside to cool. 

2. Add the whipping cream to the bowl of a stand mixer with whisk attachment, add the cornstarch and vanilla and begin whipping. When soft peaks start to form, add in the cooled hazelnut mixture. Whip on medium - high until stiff peaks form. 

3. Gently fold in the hazelnuts. Transfer to piping bag and pipe into glasses of your choice. 



4. To make the whipped cream add the cream, confectioners sugar and vanilla to a bowl and whip using an electric beater until stiff peaks form. Pipe the whipped cream into each glass over the chocolate mousse. Garnish with some of the chopped hazelnuts. 

Chill the mousse for an hour or two prior to serving.
