Christmas Truffles
Ingredients:
* 3cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
* 140z Sweetened Condensed Milk
* 2tsp Rum or Spiced Rum
* 1cup Red and green Christmas Sprinkles
Directions:
1. Combine the chocolate chips, condensed milk, and rum in a bowl.
2. Using a double-boiler system melt the ingredients together, and whisk until smooth and combined fully.
3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, and once semi cool, place in the refrigerator for 3 hours to chill.
4. After the truffle mixture has chilled, remove from refrigerator, and using a small scoop (ice cream scoop/ melon baller) make small truffle balls. Form the truffles in your hands, and then transfer to a bowl with sprinkles and coat with sprinkles of your choice. Then place each truffle into a box with an air tight lid.
5. Once all the truffles are made and in the box, close the box securely and place in freezer until you are ready to serve.
Note: Best served once at room temperature for 5 mins.
