Chocolate Lava Cakes


Prep time: 20 minutes 
Cook time: 10 minutes 

Ingredients:
* 1/2cup Unsalted Butter
* 6oz (1 cup) Semi-sweet Chocolate chopped
* 2 Eggs + 2 Egg yolks
*  1/4cup Granulated Sugar
* 1/8tsp Salt 
* 3tbsp All Purpose Flour 




Directions:
1. Grease 4 regular size ramekins with butter and dust with sugar well. Preheat oven to 450F. 

2. Using a double boiler system, melt the butter and chocolate on low heat until creamy and smooth. 

3. In a separate bowl whisk the eggs, egg yolks, sugar and salt together, using an electric hand beater. 

4. Fold the chocolate mixture (cooled) and flour into the egg mixture. Pour the mixture once fully combined, into the ramekins. Bake at 450degrees for 6-8 minutes. How long you will need will depend on your oven. 

5. Leave the cakes to cool in the ramekins for about a minute. Then using a plate invert cakes. Leave it to stand for 10 seconds and then unmold. 

6. Confectioners sugar can be sifted on to each cake. Serve immediately.
