Berry Yogurt Parfait

 Who says breakfast cant be sugary and still be healthy? This Berry Yogurt Parfait is one example of the sweetness of breakfast with heart healthy goodness in every bite!



Prep time: 15 minutes

Ingredients Needed:
* 6 Strawberries cut up into quarters 
* 1/2cup of Blueberries 
* 1tbsp Sunflower seeds
* 1/4cup Walnuts chopped 
* 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt low fat, divided into two 1/4cups 

Putting it Together:
1. You can use a jar, a mug or or bowl, and place a 1/4cup of Vanilla yogurt at the bottom. 

2. Add in the strawberry halves (approximately 2 strawberries). Add 1/3rd of the blueberries. Top with 1/2tsp of sunflower seeds and half the chopped walnuts. 

3. Add the remaining yogurt, as the next layer. Top the yogurt with another 1/3rd of the strawberries, and 1/3rd of the blueberries. Top with remaining walnuts and sunflower seeds. 

4. Finally add in the blueberries and strawberries on the top.
