Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350degrees. Grease 2 Baking sheets with cooking spray.
2. Whisk the egg with the water in a bowl, and set aside.
3. Sprinkle flour on a counter/ or work surface. Open the Pillsbury crescent rolls, unrolling the dough on the floured surface. Taking each triangular piece of dough, add some dark chocolate and white chocolate chips, along the length farthest away from the triangular point.
4. Roll the dough over the chips, and continue rolling until completely rolled (like picture above). Once the dough has been rolled, pinch the two sides that are open sealing in the chocolate chips.
5. Once all the crescent rolls have been filled and rolled, brush the egg wash over each crescent, using a pastry brush.
6. Place on the baking sheets, a few inches apart. Bake at 350degrees for 15-20 minutes. The croissants will be done when they turn crispy, and golden.
7. Once baked, take them out of the oven, and leave on a wire rack to cool.
8. To make the chocolate drizzle, warm the whipping cream in a pan over medium heat, bringing it almost to a boil.
9. Place the chocolate chips in a heat proof bowl. Pour the warmed whipping cream over the chocolate chips, and mix using a whisk.
10. Drizzle the chocolate ganache over the cooled chocolate croissants. Sprinkle confectioners sugar over the croissants. They are now ready to eat.
Hope you enjoy making these quick to put together croissants!
