Prep time: 15 minutes.
Bake time: 15 minutes (until lightly brown, and puffy)

These one-bite, melt-in-your-mouth cinnamon puffs, don't disappoint - Flavor, Texture, and Crunch!

Ingredients: Makes 12 pinwheels.
* 2 Puff pastry rolls, pre made, or made at home
* 1/2cup Brown sugar
* 2tsp Cinnamon powder
* 6tbsp Melted butter
* 3tbsp Melted butter for brushing over pastry
* 1cup Icing Sugar
* 3tbsp Milk
* Pinch of Salt
* 1/4tsp Vanilla extract
* Chopped or sliced Almonds
* Cinnamon powder for sprinkling over pastry as garnish

Putting it all together:
1. In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and 6 tablespoon of melted butter. Mix well until well combined.
2. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet (or 2) with parchment paper, or grease trays with cooking spray.
3. Unroll puff pastry sheets, and spread the sugar-cinnamon mixture on both sheets.
Note: Keep one roll in the refrigerator until the 1st roll is done or the dough will soften.
4. Roll the pastry sheets tightly, ensuring the mixture is contained within the pastry roll as you roll. Cut into 1-1.5inch slices.
5. Place them on the baking sheets as follows. Brush with melted butter.

6. Bake on 350 degrees for 15minutes.
7. Remove from oven, and place on wire rack to cool.
8. To make the glaze, blend the icing sugar with the milk, whisking well. Add pinch of salt, and 1/4tsp of Vanilla.
9. Drizzle the glaze over the puffs, once cooled for 10 minutes; sprinkle with chopped or sliced almonds. Dust the puffs with cinnamon powder slightly.

Enjoy!!!
