What you will need:
* 4cups of Strawberries quartered
* 1/4cup white sugar
* 2tbsp cornstarch
* 1cup all purpose flour
* 1/2cup rolled oats
* 1/3cup white sugar
* 1/3cup brown sugar
* 1/2tsp cinnamon
* 1/4tsp salt
* 1/2cup melted butter

Optional: Serve with Ice Cream of your choice.

Putting it together:
1. Heat oven to 350degrees; spray a 9x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray (alternately you can use two smaller baking dishes such as ramekins for individual portions).

2. Place strawberries, sugar and cornstarch in a mixing bowl and toss to coat strawberries.

3. In a second bowl mix the flour, oats, sugar and brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Once mixed, add the melted butter and mix to coat flour/oat mixture.

4. Put the strawberry mixture into the baking dish/ or dishes.

5. Place the flour/oats mixture over the strawberry mixture, taking care to spread the mixture evenly to cover the strawberry mixture.

6. Bake for 35 minutes at 350degrees F.(if a larger dish), or 40-42 minutes at 375degrees F. (if in smaller ramekins). When ready, the oat mixture will crisp to a golden brown, and the strawberries will be bubbling.

7. Remove from oven and leave to cool.

8. Best served warm, with an ice cream of your choice. Enjoy!!
